You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with orders, queries, and recommendations while maintaining the premium experience that defines Linen Trail.Responsibilities:- Manage daily customer communication across Email, WhatsApp, and voice calls. - Resolve order-related queries, exchange/refund requests, and shipping updates. - Drive conversions by helping customers make confident purchase decisions. - Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth post-purchase experiences. - Maintain CRM hygiene and daily logs of interactions.Requirements:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and Malayalam preferred). - Strong customer empathy and problem-solving attitude. - Prior experience in e-commerce or D2C brand support preferred. - Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Shopify, Zoho or similar CRMs is a plus.Compensation:CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annumIncentives: Performance-based variable pay linked to conversion and satisfaction metricsWhy Join Us:- At Linen Trail, you’ll be part of a growing digital-first fashion brand redefining quiet luxury in India.
