About the role:

Consulting prospective customers looking for home interiors via outbound calls into high potential clients by high level engagement, building brand trust by sharing UL Home Interiors USPs, understanding their requirements to the granular level details and driving conversions by ensuring Customer meets the Interior Designer for design consultation.


Please find below roles and reapsonsiblites:

  • Possess strong knowledge of Urban Ladder Home Interiors customer offerings to identify customer needs.
  • Identify customers' home interior needs and requirements by prospecting and asking the right questions, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Probing customers by understanding minutest details, Customer profile, budget expectation, design taste, any specific requirements to a theme, primary motivating factors for decision making.
  • Driving conversions of prospective Customers into high potential leads for Interior Designers, by following a consultative selling approach and guiding the customers an appropriate solution for their home interior needs and requirements.
  • Possess ability to convert 1st customer interactions into setting up meeting with Interior Designers by building high rapport over first call with prospective clients, building the brand trust by passing on the right message, brand USPs, product offerings.
  • Manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise and contribute to revenue increase.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask and fixing up for the next meeting, handle customer concerns leading to customer satisfaction.
  • Apply a superlative customer experience attitude to all interactions. Be able to establish a positive rapport.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.


Languages understanding- Tamil and Telugu are must
