- Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improving service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor and report on customer relationship metrics and KPIs.
- Experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the HORECA or Hospitality industry with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
