Job Description
Experience Sales Rep with around 5 years of experience with strong Understanding of government ERP Systems:
In-depth of Budget Planning, Public Financing, Revenue and Expense Management, its features, and benefits is crucial.
The sales rep should be able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Experience with Government Contracts, Familiarity with the procurement processes and regulations specific to government contracts is essential.
This includes understanding RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
Ability to investigate across geographies to spot possible opportunity and pursue then and establish relevant connects..
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and decision-makers.
Trust and credibility are key in government sales.
Mandatory Qualifications
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to identify and develop strategic opportunities within government sectors.
This includes understanding the unique needs and challenges faced by government entities. Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and demonstrate ERP solutions to government clients.
Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts.
This includes understanding the financial aspects and budget constraints of government projects. Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze the specific needs of government clients and propose tailored ERP solutions that address their challenges.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
Must and should have: EBS sales experience, International sales experience.
