Job Summary:

The Lead Generation and Management Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing lead generation strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to manage and nurture leads effectively through the sales funnel.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality B2B leads.
  • Identify and target key market segments and verticals to maximize lead generation efforts.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Create compelling content and promotional materials that drive lead generation.

Lead Nurturing and Management:

  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Implement and oversee the use of CRM systems to track, manage, and analyze leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide insights to improve conversion rates.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation and conversion.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of lead generation strategies and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and business fulfillment to align lead generation efforts with business goals.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation and management within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in lead generation and management.
