Opportunity : Manager - HRBP


What you’ll do on the job:


  • Engage with leaders and employees on a regular basis to understand the capabilities of the team.
  • Create a positive employee experience from Onboarding through exit
  • Facilitate performance discussions and promote a continuous feedback culture.
  • Manage the Performance management process including goal setting, confirmation, Performance improvement program(PIP), Quarterly and Annual reviews.
  • Lead the annual increment, promotions, and manpower budget exercise.
  • Initiate and execute Employee Engagement initiatives in the respective departments and across the organization
  • Plan and Organize training & development programs based on the team needs
  • Develop and implement new HR policies and update existing policies and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Analyze data with HR metrics and provide periodic reports to the Management team.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of various HR tools and drive the automation of HR processes
  • Vendor management experience with good negotiation skills

Who’ll be a good fit:


  • Good experience from product companies, with a proven track record into People Management.
  • Experience working with people empowerment role in an IT Product environment is a MUST.
  • Demonstrable experience crafting and implementing solutions to highly complex situations that call for creativity.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and federal laws and HR standard methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Degree and Diploma in relevant field.
  • Experience in working for SaaS software company is a big plus.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present your work to peers across disciplines.
