Position Overview :

We are seeking a hybrid Tech Product Manager & Senior Blockchain Developer who can blend product management expertise with deep blockchain technical experience. The candidate will lead the development of our blockchain-DEX platform while overseeing our existing leading OMS and PMS platform, while guiding a high-performing technical team to deliver innovative trading technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy & Development : Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for Auro Digital's OMS, PMS, and blockchain-based investment products. Collaborate with leadership to align product development with the company's strategic goals.


- Blockchain Architecture : Lead the design and implementation of blockchain technologies across Auro Digital's platform, focusing on DeFi applications, Staking, Yield Farming, and smart contract integration.

- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a cross-functional high performance tech team (mostly hailing from the prestigious IIT engineering schools), ensuring high standards of coding, architecture, product specs, and technical performance.

- Market Research & User Insights : Conduct market analysis, competitor business model review and benchmarking, and user feedback sessions to identify market needs and opportunities for product innovation.

- Security & Compliance : Ensure that all blockchain implementations and OMS and PMS are secure, scalable, and compliant with regulatory standards, especially in financial services.

- Report to Board : Work closely with senior management and Board and external partners to provide product development date targets, updates, resource management, and technical roadmap/ challenges.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree and/or Ph.D preferred.

- Product Management Expertise : 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager and/or CTO, ideally within FinTech or SaaS environments. Proven ability to manage complex product development cycles.

- Blockchain Development Experience : 5+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience, including smart contract design, Solidity, and DeFi/ Web3 applications, especially DEX integrations. Experience in Move (Sui protocol) and Rust preferred.

- Technical Leadership : Demonstrated success in managing high-performance teams, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and performance.

- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of trading technologies, OMS, PMS, and both traditional and digital asset markets.

- Strong Communication & Leadership Skills : Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-impact products.
