Job Overview: The Principal Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of the organization, leveraging deep knowledge of Chamber of Commerce services, business networks, and economic development initiatives. This individual will be responsible for co-developing the company’s strategic vision, driving business growth, and securing investments. As a key leader, the Principal Co-Founder will contribute financially through an equity investment and be actively involved in business operations, partnership development, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Vision:
Collaborate with co-founders to define the company’s mission, vision, and strategic direction.
Develop and implement business plans that drive growth and profitability, aligning with the organization’s goals and market opportunities.
Lead the development of key business functions, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
Equity Investment and Financial Stewardship:
Contribute personal equity investment as part of the founding team, demonstrating commitment and confidence in the business model.
Actively participate in fundraising efforts, including sourcing and engaging with potential investors, venture capitalists, and strategic partners.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth and ROI for stakeholders.
Chamber of Commerce and Community Engagement:
Leverage knowledge of Chamber of Commerce services to build relationships with local businesses, government entities, and community leaders.
Develop strategic partnerships with Chambers of Commerce and other economic development organizations to enhance the company’s visibility and credibility.
Utilize insights into Chamber networks to create value-added services and products that address market needs.
Business Development and Growth:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansions, product launches, and strategic collaborations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and community influencers.
Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements with partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Operational Excellence:
Establish and oversee operational processes and systems that support efficient and scalable business operations.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute business strategies, ensuring alignment and accountability across all areas of the business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Governance and Compliance:
Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the development of organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record as a co-founder, entrepreneur, or senior executive in a startup or high-growth company.
Demonstrated experience with equity investment, fundraising, and investor relations.
In-depth knowledge of Chamber of Commerce services, economic development, and business networking.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward common goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.

This Job requires Investment against equity for the next 6 months only then it can be reimbursed from capital gains and margins.
