Description:Program OverviewThis is a 12-month high-impact rotational program designed for exceptional young professionals who aspire to become future business leaders. Working directly with the Founder & Co-CEO, you will drive strategic initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, and build the business foundations that power MetaApplys growth across India, GCC, LATAM, and Africa. This program is not an internship its an entrepreneurial apprenticeship where youll be expected to think, act, and deliver like a founder. Upon successful completion, candidates will transition into a full-time leadership or strategic role within the organization (Business Strategy, International Expansion, Operations, Growth, or Product).Key Responsibilities:- Work directly with the Founders Office to plan, execute, and track strategic initiatives and special projects across global markets.- Conduct in-depth market research, competition benchmarking, and trend forecasting to identify high-growth opportunities.- Create and present strategy decks, board-level reports, and performance dashboards using data-driven insights.- Evaluate and build business cases for new products, partnerships, and revenue streams (study abroad, finance, accommodation, insurance, and tech initiatives).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Admissions, Finance, Product, Tech) to ensure flawless project execution.- Build and automate reporting models, KPIs, and performance scorecards using Excel, Power BI, or AI tools.- Participate in leadership reviews and contribute to strategic decision-making.- Serve as a change agent to drive innovation, process excellence, and operational discipline across business verticals.Ideal Candidate Profile:Education: MBA / PGDM from a Tier-1 B-School (IIM, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, etc.) OR B.Tech / M.Tech from IIT / Top Engineering Colleges with strong business orientation. Experience:03 years (including internships) in consulting, analytics, or high-growth startup environments preferred.
