About Us:We are looking for a passionate and analytical Category Manager to lead assortment planning, drive P&L ownership, and manage a high-performing team across our brands. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and a sharp focus on growth and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:1. Own and drive P&L for assigned category2. Lead end-to-end assortment planning and lifecycle management3. Analyse market and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities4. Plan inventory to ensure optimal availability and sell-through5. Develop pricing, liquidation, and promotional strategies6. Work closely with vendors to optimize margins, quality, and lead times7. Coordinate with marketing and brand teams for go-to-market planning8. Review and manage product catalog, pricing sheets, and vendor terms9. Build and lead a motivated team to scale category 5-7 years of experience in category management, buying, or merchandising2. Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills3.
