Job Description:


- We seek an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee data-centric projects.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data systems, analytics, and processes and exceptional project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for data-related projects.

- Could you define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals?.

- Please monitor and track project progress, making sure it's timely.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, and IT teams, to gather requirements and provide regular updates.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.

Data Integration and Analysis Oversight:

- Coordinate efforts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk and Issue Management:

- Identify potential project risks related to data systems and analytics.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data analysts, and developers.

- Facilitate team collaboration to achieve project goals.

Compliance and Best Practices:

- Ensure projects adhere to data governance, privacy, and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

- Promote the use of best practices in data management and analytics.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Experience:

- 4+ years of experience managing projects, focusing on data and analytics.

- Proven experience delivering data migration, data integration, or analytics projects.

Technical Skills:

- Familiarity with big data tools and platforms (e.g., Python, spark SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Hadoop).

- Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

Personal Attributes:


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
