Role Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional in advertising agency Sales to join

our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales

revenue through the development and execution of effective sales strategies and

tactics, leading a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining strong

relationships with key clients and partners, and driving the overall growth of the

business.


Responsibilities:


● Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets

and increase market share

● Lead a team of ad sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver

exceptional customer service

● Build and maintain strong relationships with Ad agencies, key clients, and partners to drive

revenue growth.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and

operations to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.

● Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify

opportunities for growth and improvement.

● Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales skills and

product knowledge of the sales team

● Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients

and partners.

● Manage and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to senior management.


Requirements:


● Minimum 2-8 years of experience in driving revenue via ad agencies.

● Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and

inspire a team

● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

and partners

● Experience in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify

opportunities for growth and improvement

● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

● Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements

● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
