Description : We are looking for an experienced and passionate ESG Manager to lead our sustainability initiatives within the real estate sector. This role will drive the development and implementation of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, aligning it with business objectives and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:- ESG Strategy: Develop and implement an ESG framework, identifying risks and opportunities within the real estate portfolio. Integrate sustainability into projects and operations.- Environmental Responsibility: Ensure compliance with environmental laws, certifications (LEED, IGBC), and sustainability reporting. Lead efforts to reduce carbon footprints, optimize energy use, and manage waste.- Social Impact: Promote community engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Oversee employee, tenant, and stakeholder health, safety, and well-being programs.- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to governance standards and prepare ESG reports (GRI, SASB, TCFD).- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with investors, regulators, and internal teams to achieve ESG goals.- Innovation & Technology: Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance ESG performance and adopt industry best Bachelors/Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.- 10+ years of experience in ESG or real estate development.- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
