**A. Job Description - Chief of Staff**
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day priorities and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Oversee special projects, drive process improvements, and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and leadership teams to maintain alignment and accountability.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, track progress on action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Foster communication and collaboration across teams to enhance productivity and culture.
- Draft executive communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research, analysis, and briefings to support executive decision-making.
