Role Summary: COO / PartnerAdara is building its next-generation leadership team. We’re seeking a Partner / Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will take end-to-end ownership of multiple client and venture projects, drive business development, and strengthen our venture-building operations.This is a builder’s role, not a managerial one. You will work directly with the founding partners to lead delivery, drive execution, and scale the consulting-plus-venture-building model across sectors.
