Job Title: Sales ManagerLocation: Gurgaon (Work from Office)Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM 6:30 PM)Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 30 days preferredAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a high-performance team. You will be responsible for developing strategies, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet KPIs- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign alignment- Handle key accounts and high-value clients directly when needed- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)- 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT.- Prior experience in managing a sales team is mandatory- Strong understanding of CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
