Job Summary:

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization during night shift hours. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring process to meet business needs across time zones.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop a deep understanding of job requirements and organizational culture to identify the right candidates.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status and market insights to stakeholders.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and conduct initial candidate screenings during night shifts.
  • Coordinate with interview panels across global time zones to facilitate smooth interview processes.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the organization’s brand through effective communication and engagement with candidates.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment laws, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics and performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field..
