Job Description



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM Specialist to join our client’s esteemed team. The CRM Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with their high-net-worth clientele and ensuring an exceptional customer journey - post-sales support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury real estate environment.



Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, providing personalized assistance and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Implement and maintain a robust CRM system to effectively track client interactions, preferences, and feedback.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure alignment in customer engagement strategies and deliverables.
  • Generate and analyze reports to evaluate client engagement metrics, identify trends, and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute targeted communication campaigns and events to foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to continuously optimize CRM processes and enhance service offerings.
  • Uphold our client’s reputation for excellence by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations at every touch-point.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in luxury real estate or high-end hospitality industry, with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication and the ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in generating and interpreting CRM reports and metrics.
  • Dynamic and self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
