Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at BizMagnets.ai located in Chennai.


The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for proactively reaching out to all inquiries received, providing comprehensive product demos to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of our offerings to address their needs and requirements effectively. 


Have to effectively manage the sales pipeline and achieve the monthly sales targets.


Also, ensure customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing excellent customer service.


Qualifications:


Inside Sales, preferably in SAAS products

Strong focus on customer satisfaction and communication

Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers

Experience in sales roles

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team

Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Proficiency in Hindi will be preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
