Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at Elephanto in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, customer satisfaction, and effective communication with clients. The role will also involve providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with clients.


Qualifications


  • Inside Sales and Prospecting skills
  • High level Profenciency in English
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Experience in the field of sales


Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):


Experience with CRM software and live chat tools.

Knowledge of digital marketing basics.
