Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and resourceful professional to join our Employee Engagement (Talent Management) team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on planning and executing engagement activities that strengthen employee experience and promote work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:- Drive and implement day-to-day employee engagement activities and events. - Plan and organize firmwide initiatives such as happy hours, celebrations, internal sports tournaments, and wellness programs. - Maintain internal records for events, contracts, invoices, feedback, and budget trackers. - Liaise with vendors, evaluate event proposals, forecast expenses, and conduct cost-benefit analysis. - Stay updated on the latest engagement trends and recommend innovative practices to enhance employee participation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of engagement programs.Requirements:- Graduate degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, employee engagement, or event management. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities with high attention to detail. - Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools. - Experience in HR or corporate events is preferred.We encourage professionals with relevant experience who are looking to restart their careers to apply for this opportunity.
