While our current systems involve machine learning, analytics, business process management, data management, reconciliation, recommendation and compliance, we are looking for a visionary leader to come in and understand the current business processes and objectives and develop the next round of ideas to solve problems that we do not yet know that we have. - You will develop long term domain/technology strategies and significantly influence the process and engineering standards on the team. You will serve as an authority in the area of technical and domain expertise and mentor, develop, and train the managers and engineers.Where you will help us :- Understand the WellnessCoach.live platform, product, customer and set the roadmap for teams.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product requirements.- Collaborate with technical and design teams to define and design the product with the best customer experience.- Drive the implementation and delivery of products. Own, prioritize, and deliver to an aggressive roadmap. Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to team, stakeholders, customers, and partner teams.What you've accomplished :- 15+ years of professional software development experience, with some or all experience being with a startup. - Ownership and accountability is MUST- A passion to learn and execute the best practices in design, optimisation, and user experience- Strong computer science fundamentals, including knowledge of data structures and algorithms- Experience working with NoSql like Mongo, Node.js, Redis, AWS, BI Architecture and tools- Be a team player in a small, flat-structured, highly collaborative, and global company (ref:hirist.tech)
