You’ll be hands-on with architecture, design, and development, driving projects from0 to 1while aligning with customer needs and business goals.What You’ll Do: Lead a team of managers and senior engineers to build Gen AI/ Applied ML, Data Analytics, or platform solutions from scratch. Be hands-on inarchitecture ,design , anddevelopment , ensuring scalability and performance. Navigate uncertainty, prioritise features, and drive projects towards clear goals. Focus oncustomer-centricdevelopment, ensuring solutions meet user needs. Foster a growth mindset, mentor engineers, and ensure best practices. Collaborate with product and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and execution.What You Have: 15+ years in tech, with 10+ years in leadership/technical roles. Strong inarchitectureanddesignfor complex systems. Experience building0 to 1solutions inGen AI / Applied ML ,Data Analytics , or Platform EngineeringorLarge Scale Backend Systems . Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and managers (40-50 people). Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
