Role Description This is a full-time position for a Payroll Specialist based on-site at our Gurgaon location. The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, review and ensure compliance with payroll regulations, handle garnishments, and resolve payroll-related discrepancies. The role involves collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll operations and providing excellent payroll services to employees. Qualifications Proficiency in Payroll Administration, including processing payroll for employeesWorking knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance with legal regulationsExperience handling Garnishments and resolving payroll discrepanciesSkills in Payroll Services to ensure employee satisfaction and prompt issue resolutionStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in handling financial dataProficiency in payroll software systems; familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
