Indore.Department: Frontlyn.Role Type: Full-time, On-site.About us:MAVIP Group architects go-to-market success blending intelligence, imagination, and intent to transform brand ambition into market impact.As a multidisciplinary go-to-market organization, MAVIP Group brings together capabilities across Consulting, Creative, Media & PR, Research, Customer Outreach, Digital & Social, Technology, and Events.With operations across the UAE, India, KSA, Kenya, and the USA, MAVIP Group is built on one belief growth isnt an accident; its architected.About the role:The Contact Center Lead will oversee the end-to-end operations of MAVIP Groups outbound and inbound contact center driving campaigns that generate demand, acquire audiences, and strengthen customer engagement for leading global technology brands.This role requires a strategic operator who understands both the science of outreach and the art of conversation someone who can blend process discipline with market intelligence to deliver measurable GTM outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Frontlyn, MAVIP Groups Customer Outreach division.- Plan and execute outbound demand generation, lead qualification, and audience acquisition campaigns for enterprise clients across multiple geographies.- Oversee inbound support and customer engagement functions to ensure quality interactions and satisfaction.- Develop campaign strategies and KPIs aligned with client objectives, ensuring delivery excellence and ROI.- Recruit, train, and mentor calling and coordination teams to maintain productivity, professionalism, and tone alignment with MAVIP Groups GTM standards.- Collaborate closely with account managers, marketing, and event teams to ensure integrated go-to-market execution.- Leverage CRM tools, analytics, and reporting dashboards to track performance, optimize scripts, and ensure lead pipeline accuracy.- Maintain a strong understanding of technology industry segments (Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, Infrastructure, etc.) to ensure meaningful customer Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 6-10 years of experience in contact center or demand generation operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Strong experience in B2B technology demand generation or audience acquisition preferred.- Excellent people management, communication, and motivational skills.- Deep understanding of CRM workflows, lead qualification, and outreach metrics.- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and convert insights into process improvements.- Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership style capable of balancing planning and execution.What we offer:- Opportunity to lead a high-performing Customer Outreach division that partners with global technology leaders.- Exposure to cross-market GTM programs spanning demand generation, events, and customer experience.- A culture built on ownership, innovation, and measurable impact.- Growth pathways across multiple functions within MAVIP Groups GTM ecosystem.
