About the role

We are seeking
Technology Marketing Professionals
to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day client engagement, ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, and deliver measurable results for our clients. This role blends
strategic marketing execution, account management, and campaign coordination
, making it ideal for someone passionate about technology, marketing, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of queries.
  • Understand client objectives, technology products, and GTM needs to provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with CXOs, marketing managers, and vendor/distributor partners.
  • Prepare and deliver campaign updates, performance reports, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Marketing Execution & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor B2B technology marketing campaigns across digital, events, media, and demand generation channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, events) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Support in designing campaigns for product launches, channel enablement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure campaigns align with KPIs such as ROI, leads generated, audience engagement, and partner participation.

Events & Activations Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of client events, workshops, and partner programs in the region.
  • Coordinate logistics, registrations, and post-event reports to ensure successful client experiences.

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Stay updated on technology market trends, competitive positioning, and industry best practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients to optimize GTM strategies.
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    B2B marketing or client servicing
    , preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of
    enterprise technology vendors, distributors, and channel ecosystems
    .
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and accountability.
  • Hands-on experience with
    digital marketing tools, CRM, and campaign reporting
    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with attention to detail and deadlines.
