Description :Location : Indore.Department : Type : Full-time, On-site.About us :MAVIP Group architects go-to-market success blending intelligence, imagination, and intent to transform brand ambition into market impact.As a multidisciplinary go-to-market organization, MAVIP Group brings together capabilities across Consulting, Creative, Media & PR, Research, Customer Outreach, Digital & Social, Technology, and Events.We partner with global technology brands to design and execute strategies that enhance visibility, acquire customers, and accelerate growth.With operations across the UAE, India, KSA, Kenya, and the USA, MAVIP Group is built on one belief growth isnt an accident; its architected.Role overview :The Tech Lead will spearhead MAVIP Groups technology function leading the design, development, and deployment of platforms, applications, and digital tools that power both internal operations and client-facing solutions.This role demands a hands-on technologist with deep experience across traditional and modern tech stacks someone who can build scalable web and app infrastructures today while architecting AI, ML, and blockchain-powered platforms for tomorrow.The ideal candidate combines strategic technical leadership with product-building capability, leading projects end-to-end from concept to launch.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of MAVIP Groups core technology ecosystem, including internal tools, client portals, and SaaS platforms.- Architect and build digital products for MAVIP Groups proprietary ventures such as identity verification systems, AI-driven dashboards, and engagement platforms.- Oversee tech infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency across all systems and environments.- Lead and mentor a growing team of developers, designers, and tech partners to ensure high-quality output and delivery timelines.- Collaborate with business, creative, and research teams to translate GTM needs into technically executable, innovative solutions.- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies AI, ML, Blockchain, Data Analytics, and Cloud-native architectures to strengthen MAVIP Groups innovation roadmap.- Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and deployment schedules for tech-enabled client programs.- Maintain documentation, coding standards, and version control best practices across all projects.Requirements :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 8+ years of experience in software development and technology leadership.- Proven expertise in full-stack development using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Python, Django, or Laravel).- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices.- Strong understanding of AI/ML model integration, API design, and data-driven platforms.- Exposure to blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or decentralized app (dApp) architectures preferred.- Familiarity with mobile app development (iOS and Android) and cross-platform tools (Flutter, React Native).- Strategic mindset with hands-on coding capability and comfort in fast-moving, multidisciplinary environments.- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.What we offer :- The opportunity to build the technology backbone of a fast-growing global GTM ecosystem.- Freedom to experiment, prototype, and launch products that combine AI, automation, and customer experience.- Collaboration with global teams across creative, consulting, and media functions.- A role that blends leadership, innovation, and execution shaping the future of MAVIP Groups technology narrative.
