Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Specialist for a full-time position at our Andheri office in Mumbai Suburban. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales. The role requires engaging with potential clients, driving sales efforts, and contributing to business growth in alignment with our organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and negotiation skills, which are mandatory for this role (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with CRM software tools such as Salesforce to efficiently manage and maintain customer information and interactions.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite for preparing reports, presentations, and managing day-to-day sales activities.
- Previous involvement in inside sales with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in B2B sales practices and strategies, catering to customer needs, and closing deals effectively.
- Strong communication skills to engage customers, build rapport, and understand client requirements thoroughly.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and collaborate within a team setting to achieve common objectives.
- High motivation and result-oriented mindset to drive growth and contribute to the success of the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls and emails to present company offerings and services.
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities to generate sales and expand the customer base, following up diligently.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress for accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals that align with both customer satisfaction and company objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on client needs, market trends, and strategies for improving the sales process.
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
