About Sukoon
Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.
We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.
About the Role
We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Front Office cum IPD Coordinator to join our team at Sukoon Healthcare. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills and a friendly behaviour, as they will be the first point of contact for clients/residents and visitors. The Front Office cum IPD Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of Sukoon’s front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients/residents, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Register and assist clients/residents in completing necessary forms and documentation for admission, discharge, and appointments.
- Front Desk Management
- Ensure proper documentation of medical and other records
- Financial counselling of families for inpatient care
- Schedule appointments for clients and maintain an organized and efficient appointment system.
- Provide accurate information about the hospital services, facilities, and procedures to clients/residents and visitors.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient resolution of client’s/resident’s queries and concerns.
- Handle billing and invoicing processes accurately, ensuring that all transactions are recorded and documented properly.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration.
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and courteous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
