Position Overview:

As a Customer Success Lead at Zocket, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers achieve their marketing goals and derive ongoing value from our Product. You will lead a team dedicated to onboarding new customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and nurturing long-term relationships to maintain customer engagement and satisfaction.


What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they integrate seamlessly and maximize the benefits of Zocket’s Product.
  • Identify and create strategies to expand customer usage of our Product, recommending additional modules that enhance their advertising strategies and results.
  • cultivate strong, lasting relationships with our customers through personalized interactions, proactive engagement, and regular check-ins.
  • Address and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to customer success and retention.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in customer success, Account management or a similar role, focusing on onboarding, upselling, and retention within a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams and driving performance.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers effectively.
  • Proven ability to identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within a complex product suite.
  • Flexible to work on shifts basis according to overlapping team requirements.
