This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and product advocacy to deliver world-class solutions and support.Why join Sapaad?✅ Work on a global SaaS product trusted by thousands of restaurants✅ Lead deployments, onboarding, and customer training✅ Engage directly with customers to drive satisfaction and success✅ Collaborate with a fast-paced, innovative team of developers, designers, and product experts✅ Grow your career in a dynamic, product-focused environmentWHAT YOU’LL DOProduct & Customer Expertise- Develop a deep understanding of Sapaad’s software products and services - Act as the primary point of contact for customers in your city, building trust-based relationships - Understand each client’s business requirements and configure their Sapaad account accordinglyDeployment & Training- Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup (POS terminals, printers, KDS, etc.) - Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff—cashiers, managers, and F&B managers - Share best practices to help restaurants maximize the value of SapaadSupport & Troubleshooting- Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers - Take ownership of user issues, track tickets, collaborate with engineering, and report on root causes - Escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolutionCustomer Engagement & Advocacy- Communicate with users in clear, friendly, and professional language (verbal and written) - Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and offer solutions - Delight customers and turn them into brand ambassadors for SapaadYOU’RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE- 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains - Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks) - Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.) - Ability to train and educate end users across different roles - Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure - Highly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for client visits - Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences
