This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and product advocacy to deliver world-class solutions and support.Why join Sapaad?✅ Work on a global SaaS product trusted by thousands of restaurants✅ Lead deployments, onboarding, and customer training✅ Engage directly with customers to drive satisfaction and success✅ Collaborate with a fast-paced, innovative team of developers, designers, and product experts✅ Grow your career in a dynamic, product-focused environmentWHAT YOU’LL DOProduct & Customer ExpertiseDevelop a deep understanding of Sapaad’s software products and servicesAct as the primary point of contact for customers in your city, building trust-based relationshipsUnderstand each client’s business requirements and configure their Sapaad account accordinglyDeployment & TrainingLead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup (POS terminals, printers, KDS, etc.)Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff—cashiers, managers, and F&B managersShare best practices to help restaurants maximize the value of SapaadSupport & TroubleshootingProvide remote and on-site support , ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customersTake ownership of user issues , track tickets, collaborate with engineering, and report on root causesEscalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolutionCustomer Engagement & AdvocacyCommunicate with users in clear, friendly, and professional language (verbal and written)Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and offer solutionsDelight customers and turn them into brand ambassadors for SapaadYOU’RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domainsStrong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks)Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.)Ability to train and educate end users across different rolesStrong problem-solving skills , independent thinking, and ability to work under pressureHighly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for client visitsPassion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences
