Group S.p.a was founded in Italy 45 years ago and has grown into a leading multinational company in the logistics & transports industry.With more than 50 branches worldwide, we are committed to providing our clients with cutting-edge solutions in shipping, logistics, and customs consultancy.Our goal is to ensure that people feel inspired, motivated, and equipped to express their passion and professionalism within an inclusive and welcoming work environment.We believe that diversity enriches our team and fosters an innovative and dynamic workplace.We actively encourage applications from individuals of all genders, ages, sexual orientations, ethnic backgrounds, abilities, and cultural experiences.If you share our values, we look forward to receiving your application.Your RoleAs an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Corporate Finance, Tax & Accounting teams.In this position, you will:- Manage the authorization and recording process for incoming invoices in CargoWise One, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Verify documentation and data integrity to guarantee proper accounting and reconciliations. - Conduct internal checks and audits on supplier-related transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies. - Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Finance teams to streamline processes and implement efficiency improvements. - Maintain organized and up-to-date records in line with company policies and audit standards.What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional with:- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within accounting or finance. - A solid understanding of accounts payable and invoicing processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CargoWise One or ERP systems. - Strong accuracy, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. - Good command of English, both written and spoken. - Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.The work schedule will primarily cover afternoon and evening hours (approximately 12 PM to 9 PM), for a total of 9 hours including a 1-hour break.Why Join UsAt D.B.
