Hansa Cequity:Hansa Cequity is one of the leading data driven, connected CX services provider in India.It provides integrated solutions in Marketing, Data Analytics, MarTech, Campaign management, Digital and Contact centre to enable its clients to acquire customers intelligently, retain and manage them profitably.With a data driven marketing approach and strategy we help companies leverage the power of technology through propriety and best in class marketing automation and analytics platforms.Our teams glean out insights and understand our clients customers and prospects.Our campaign management and digital marketing consultants then move in to create meaningful engagements opportunities in a multi-channel environment.Our key objective is to drive measurable business growth for clients.We stand among the top 50 analytics company in India.Key Responsibilities:- Direct the creative team (copywriters, designers, art directors) to develop breakthrough concepts, storytelling, and visual systems across digital, print, gamification, social, video, and experiential platforms.- Align creative outputs with brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives.- Create and oversee big ideas that bridge copy and designfrom campaign taglines to full-funnel visual systems.- Oversee creative direction from ideation to execution.- Provide constructive feedback and ensure timely delivery.- Develop and present concepts and creative strategies to clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring their brand voice and vision are consistently executed.- Nurture talent through coaching, creative reviews, and development planning.- Develop creative pitches to drive business growth and bring in new clients.- Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies; continuously push the boundaries of creative work.- Work closely with strategy, accounts, and production teams to deliver cohesive 10+ years in a creative leadership role within a marketing/advertising agency, with hands-on experience in both copywriting and design strategy.- Proven experience managing and mentoring creative teams.- Ability to transform briefs into strategic creative solutions with measurable impact.- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.- Proficient in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiar with copy and brand tone development processes.- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments across departments and with external stakeholders.
