- **Looking in for an experienced, skilled digital marketer with a LOT of ambition**_

Main Responsibilities:

- Build Facebook and Instagram ads to promote **Business for Unicorns**, a coaching business dedicated to helping gym owners create more impact, freedom, and take home income
- Must understand how to target this hyper-specific niche of small gym owners
- The ads will promote our **YouTube channel**, **podcast**, and **lead magnet**(via Leadforms)
- Build and over see ad sets (including collaborating on copy)
- Prepare reports and share data on outcomes, including suggestions for improving results by tweaking ads
- Success will be judged based on the following metrics:CPC

YouTube views
YouTube subscribers
Podcast downloads

Qualifications:

- Must have 2 years of experience running digital ads on Facebook and Instagram
- Open and willing to continue to learn about the ever changing technology
- Must be goal oriented and hard working
- Must be motivated
- Impeccable written communication skills in english
- Hyper-detail oriented

This position may not be for everyone because
- We are a US company. You will need you to available for check-ins during East Coast business hours
- We are looking for results. Success will be judged by the measurable outcomes produced, not hours worked.
