We are a premium plywood manufacturer producing high-quality plywood products that meet the highest industry standards for durability, innovation, and performance. Equipped with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, we produce various plywood products, including Moisture-Resistant and Boiling Waterproof plywood that meets BIS standards IS:303 and IS:710, ensuring long-lasting performance in interior and exterior applications. Additionally, we specialize in Fire Retardant and Aesthetic Plywood, meeting the BIS standard IS:5509-2021, which is designed for use in critical areas such as high-rise buildings and fire-sensitive zones, combining safety with aesthetic appeal and performance.
Manufacturing Process:
We Manufacture High-quality Grade Plywood using Vacuum Pressure Treatment (VPT) For Core Veneer Processing. All Core & Panel Layers are Composed & Stitched To Produce Zero Core Gap Plywood. Plywood Undergoes 4 Times Pressing. Initially, Matt Ply is made, and then post-calibration refacing is done to ensure zero complaints.
Role Description
Pando Ply is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead and drive the marketing initiatives for its plywood products across India. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to expand the brand presence, improve sales, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for plywood products across PAN India to drive growth, brand recognition, and market share.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Sales & Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing plans that directly support sales targets, including lead generation, brand awareness, and market penetration.
- End-to-End Sales Responsibility: Take ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives that impact the sales process, from awareness to conversion.
- Market Analysis & Innovation: Continuously analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing strategies and drive innovation.
- Brand Positioning: Strengthen the company’s position in the market by leveraging a mix of traditional and digital marketing tactics.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs and ROI expectations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the Plywood Sector.
- Strong expertise in PAN India marketing with a focus on developing and implementing national-level strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
