JOB Location : At the store premises ABOUT ROLE: A retail Customer relationship and front office plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming first impression for customers and visitors. 1. Greeting and Welcoming: Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Provide assistance and direction to customers as needed. 2. Answering and Directing Calls: Manage the telephone system by answering, screening, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Take and relay messages accurately. 3. Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and address concerns in a courteous manner. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. 4. Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Manage appointments and reservations. Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently. 5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist in data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks. Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages. 6. Cash Handling: Handle basic cash transactions, such as processing payments or providing change, if required. 7. Security and Access Control: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the retail space. Follow security protocols and report any suspicious activities. 8. Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing phone calls, greeting customers, and assisting with administrative duties. 9. Communication: Communicate effectively with both customers and internal staff. Relay important information to the appropriate personnel promptly. 10. Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues or complaints to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently. 11. Technology Skills: Proficient in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and photocopiers. Familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly. 12. Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Uphold the values and standards of the retail establishment. 13.Education: Bachelors Degree or above; additional qualifications in customer service or the pet industry are a plus.
