- Anticipate and fulfil customer requirements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting and Feedback:

- Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction levels, trends & insights..

- Work closely with the product and operations teams to develop innovative solutions based on customer input.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, public relations, communications/media, management or related fields . Masters and PG Diplomas a plus
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to understand customer needs and match them to suitable products.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Experience Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in tracking accounts, sales metrics, and product interest, ensuring smooth follow-up and conversions.
- Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks and balance collections with sales-focused conversations to maximize efficiency.
