Qualification and Experience: 

  • Relevant experience as an Engagement Manager or in leading project work-streams in management consulting organizations 
  • Postgraduates with an MBA degree and 8+ years of experience 

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Engagement Managers will be directly working with our clients throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • They will undertake project scoping and budgeting at the initiation of the engagement 
  • Lead the engagement(s) and drive end-to-end delivery of the project(s), from problem structuring/scoping to execution. 
  • Develop and review project deliverables to drive and manage quality project delivery 
  • Undertake project management to ensure that multiple work streams are on track and per timelines and budgets. 
  • Mentor team members to upskill and drive the vision of continuum in learning 
  • Create case studies, deliverables repository, and other documentation for a comprehensive project knowledge bank 
  • Identify opportunities and assist with business development through client engagements, proposal development, etc. 
  • As the sectoral focus for the projects is broad, team members are exposed to a multitude of sectors and will be required to contribute to the company's knowledge base, including the preparation of white papers and thought articles.
