We're Hiring: Consultant Digital Analyst- Turn metrics into movement. Dashboards into direction. Data into decisions.- Join our team of digital-first thinkers who partner with clients to turn complexity into clarity.What You'll Do:- Lead client relationships with clarity and strategic thinking- Gather business requirements & ensure timely, accurate deliveries- Build & maintain reporting dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau- Monitor key KPIs and translate them into actionable strategies- Perform statistical modeling and deep analysis to uncover trends- Translate data into stories - insights that stakeholders can act on- Leverage analytics to improve digital journeys and business growth- Support clients with ad-hoc analysis, tool setup, and analytics governance- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive analytics-driven decision-makingMust-Have Skills:- 3+ years hands-on with Google Analytics / GA4- Proficiency in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI- Intermediate to advanced SQL- Sharp logical thinking & problem-solving ability- Strong dashboarding & data visualization capabilities- Excellent client communication & documentation skillsGood To Have:- Working knowledge of GTM, Google Ads, BigQuery, DV360- Exposure to statistical techniques for in-depth analysis- Strong business acumen - understands what moves client metrics- Background in analytics consulting or service-based delivery- Familiarity with SLA frameworks and quality delivery KPIsWho This Role Is Not For:- People who wait for instructions - we value self-starters- Analysts who stop at reporting - we push for insight and action- Anyone looking for repetitive work - this is a fast-moving, evolving role (ref:iimjobs.com)
