What You'll Do:

  • Predict Customer Lifetime Value, model sentiment & uplift
  • Build real-time pipelines & deploy scalable ML solutions
  • Solve marketing-first business problems with smart ML/DL applications
  • Experiment, deploy, and optimize with MLOps-first thinking

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years hands-on in Python, SQL, and ML/DL projects
  • Solid experience with model deployment, feature engineering
  • Tools: XGBoost, LSTM, CNNs, YOLO, RAGs, LLMs
  • Cloud & MLOps: GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Kubeflow), AWS, API integrations
  • Strong communication: translating insights into client action

Good to Have:

  • Demonstrated exposure to AutoML and real-time analytics, with a focus on deploying data-driven solutions in dynamic environments.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing-centric analytics, driving insights that impact campaigns and ROI.
  • Proven track record in consulting or client-facing roles, showcasing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus points for standout achievements—high LeetCode scores, Kaggle rankings, certifications, or any recognitions that reflect your technical depth and commitment to continuous learning.
