We're Hiring: Sr Account Executive
Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 2–4 years

Education: Graduation in Finance (Mandatory) | MBA in Finance (Preferred)

What You'll Do
Handle day-to-day accounting, including vendor invoice entries for all entities

Prepare 15CA/CB for outward remittances in coordination with consultants

Maintain books for assets, liabilities, depreciation, deferred revenue & prepaids

Ensure timely and accurate entries for month-end and year-end closures

Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, ROC, TDS, GST, etc.)

Assist with audits and prepare data for India, Dubai & Singapore entities

Respond to accounting queries with policy-based clarity

Reconcile account discrepancies and support clean, audit-ready books

Coordinate with banks, advisors, vendors & consultants for financial documentation

Keep financial trackers and Google Sheets updated for MIS reporting

Must-Have Skills
2–4 years of experience in core accounting roles

Solid understanding of accounting principles & statutory compliance

Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel & GST/Tax filings

Strong documentation and reconciliation skills

Excellent coordination and communication abilities

Good To Have
Familiarity with international compliance (Dubai, Singapore)

Working knowledge of audit prep and closure documentation

Comfort with collaborative tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Basecamp)
