About the Role:


As the Manager of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at Servetel Communication, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team responsible for prospecting and generating qualified leads from domestic enterprises. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring the SDR team to enhance their skills, collaborating with sales leadership to develop strategies, and monitoring performance against targets and KPIs. You will also stay updated on industry trends, refine sales strategies, and utilize CRM software to track and manage activities.


Key Functional Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to prospect and generate qualified leads from domestic enterprises through various outreach channels such as Cold Calls, , Email, etc.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and provide coaching to SDRs to enhance their skills in conducting in-depth needs analysis, educating prospects on product features and benefits, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and influencers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategies for building a healthy pipeline and achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Monitor and track SDR performance against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular feedback and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM software to accurately track and manage lead generation and qualification activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to management on SDR team performance, market feedback, and client needs.


Eligibility/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably in the CPaaS, CCaaS, and/or SaaS products.
  • Min. 3+ years of strong proven leadership abilities, to motivate and inspire a team of 8-10 members to achieve targets.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of the solutions.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and motivating team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in English communication, MS Office Suite and CRM software
