Video Producer, Internal Social Media Team

Package: upto 11Lakhs

Are you a creative and skilled video producer with a passion for storytelling? We're looking for a talented individual to join our internal social media team and bring our brand to life on platforms like Instagram and YouTube. You'll be responsible for the entire video production process, from concept to final edit, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality video content for all of our social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram (Reels, Stories, posts) and YouTube (short-form and long-form videos).
  • Full Production Lifecycle: Manage the entire video production workflow, including brainstorming, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Shooting: Operate professional camera and audio equipment to capture compelling footage in various settings, including our office, on-site locations, and events.
  • Editing: Use industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to assemble, color grade, and mix audio for all video content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the social media manager and marketing team to ensure video content aligns with our brand's voice, aesthetic, and campaign goals.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media video trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of video assets, including raw footage, project files, and final exports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a video producer, videographer, or video editor, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Expertise in operating professional camera equipment (e.g., DSLRs, mirrorless cameras) and lighting setups.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms, their content formats, and what drives engagement.
  • Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
