As a Motion Graphic Designer, your primary focus will be on producing captivating motion content for social media, digital campaigns, and property marketing. You'll strike a perfect balance between artistic flair and polished production values.

Responsibilities
  1. Create compelling motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
  2. Develop engaging video content for agent branding and marketing campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with design, video editing, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  4. Transform static designs into animated masterpieces with dynamic transitions, effects, and animations.
  5. Adapt and optimize animations for various platforms and formats.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends while maintaining professional standards required in real estate.
  7. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with ease.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in motion design, showcasing a portfolio of animated social media content and marketing videos.
  2. Experience in the real estate sector is highly beneficial.
  3. Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for seamless integration with animation workflows.
  5. Able to blend creativity with professionalism – animations must be both eye-catching and polished.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
