Job Title: Inside IT Sales Specialist
Job Description
We're hiring a talented sales professional with strong technical expertise and an IT background. This role is ideal for someone who can drive sales practices, understand technical requirements clearly, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to building a growing sales team in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and generate qualified leads for IT services in the US/North America region
Understand client technical requirements and align them with company offerings
Conduct discovery calls, prepare client-specific presentations and tailored PPTs, and participate in client calls when required
Create proposals and support end-to-end sales cycles with internal coordination
Maintain and report on lead pipeline, progress, and conversions
Who Should Apply?
2–5 years of experience in inside sales in the IT services domain (US/North America market preferred)
Strong IT background with the ability to grasp and explain technical requirements to clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Must have)
Hands-on experience in preparing client-specific PPTs and sales collateral
Self-driven, motivated, and willing to play a major role in developing a sales function within a startup
Prior experience in IT services such as data engineering, analytics, app development, cloud, or related areas is a plus
