Location : Malad-HO


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • The incumbent would be responsible for leading the thought process around maximizing the persistency and renewal requirements for TPD and Digital Channel and Organization
  • Program managing central initiatives to maximize efficient renewal collections
  • Preparation of Decks/ Notes for review with CEO and Board
  • This is not limited to reporting but more importantly in providing deep insights into various collection cohorts to be able to improve collections.
  • Previous experience in evaluating a renewal book to strategize allocation to various buckets like call center, branch teams, design contests etc. would be core to the job
  • The incumbent is also expected to do thorough tracking of the numbers and course correct in time to ensure the month on month numbers are met and exceeded.
  • Channel and Partner Governance on Renewals and Persistency
  • Creating Annual Operating Plan for Persistency and Renewals for channels and company


Work Experience Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of persistency and renewals in Life Insurance a must.
  • The incumbent should have experience of life insurance and preferably in the persistency and renewals functions to be able to deliver better in the role and excel
  • Previous experience in external and internal stake holder management would be a plus
  • A bend towards data interpretation and visualization


Qualifications:

MBA ( any field)
