- Vionsys IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with over 10 years of experience in IT sales.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the business development efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring the growth of the company's IT services and solutions portfolio.
- This is a leadership role where the candidate will play a key part in shaping and implementing the company's sales strategy for IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the business objectives.
- Identify key growth areas, emerging markets, and potential clients.
- Lead Generation/ Client Acquisition: Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Engage with decision-makers across industries to pitch IT solutions and services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting the company's IT services such as software development, website development, cloud services, ERP solutions, and other technology offerings.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback and insights to product development based on client needs.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the leadership team.
- Track sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Networking & Industry Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to expand the company's presence and engage with potential clients at the global level.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of 10+ years in business development, lead generation, or sales, with a strong focus on IT solutions and services.
- Excellent understanding of IT services such as software development, web development, cloud computing, ERP solutions, and IT consulting.
- Strong network within the IT industry and experience engaging with CEOs, Owners, CXOs, IT Heads, and other decision-makers.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing large, complex deals with long sales cycles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
