HubSpot CRM Expert
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot CRM Expert to join our team. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our HubSpot platform, from strategic planning and implementation to ongoing optimization and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in all aspects of HubSpot's CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, with a proven track record of using the platform to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Serve as the primary administrator for our HubSpot instance, managing all aspects of the platform including user roles, permissions, and data integrity.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to develop and execute a comprehensive HubSpot strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Implementation & Integration: Lead the implementation of new HubSpot features and integrations with other business systems (e.g., website, billing software).
- Workflow Automation: Design, build, and maintain complex workflows, sequences, and automations to streamline processes for sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create custom dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights on platform usage, campaign performance, and sales pipeline health.
- Training & Support: Develop and deliver training sessions to empower team members to effectively use the HubSpot platform. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Data Management: Ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of CRM data through regular audits, data migration, and the enforcement of data governance policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator, Consultant, or a similar role.
- Certifications: HubSpot Admin Certification and certifications in multiple HubSpot Hubs (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Service) are required.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to achieve shared goals.
- Project Management: Experience in managing and leading projects from conception to completion.
