Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to collect, process, and analyze data for strategic decision-making across the organization. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong ability to gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.

The successful candidate will also have experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, as well as proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.

In addition, our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support business initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Translate business questions into data queries and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support forecasting and optimization.
  • Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business performance.
  • Document data definitions, processes, and business rules.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
